Options Available in Create that I Can't Use

I noticed that I have the option to create an Idea or Blog in the create menu even though I don't actually have the ability to do either. If possible, it might be a good idea to remove these options from the regular users' Create menus.

"Tasks" is another in the user area that has been "disabled by your administrator" - http://thwack.solarwinds.com/people/<username>/tasks
