Routing Neighbors option not being poll and links not appearing in map

I have 2 cisco ASR 9010 and when I discover them just for one of them I see the option for Routing neighbors but the second one no.

How can I manually make the routing neighbor process to pull the info from the router?

Also, I added a new ospf link between these two devices and it is not showing in the maps
