Node status is Up, One or more interfaces are in an Unknown state. .

This is a message I am seeing on several of our virtual machines. In each case, these VMs were once physical servers and were converted to virtual machines. In each case, the adapters were hidden but removed. But, we still get the message. Need help.

Typically it can be resolved by _manually_ rediscovering all interfaces and _manually_ polling them the first time.

As I am new to NPM, I have gone to Node Managment to identify the server then within the node itself and in Node Detail I rediscovered and polled again. Is that correct? if so, I did not see a change. It still lists a "ghost" adapter and the grey envelope is still flashing.
