What version of call manager are you using?

I am also facing same issur version of my CCm is 6.1.0.1

At this time VoIP 2.0.2 doesn't work with CUCM 6.1 and there is no workaround at the moment. We are looking into the issue.

So waht is basic solution for the followinf error.

Does it mean that I can not monitor network latency or jitter etc through Voip for this version or device

Hi can I ask because the current version of Cisco Call Manager I am using is 6.0. Does it mean Voip does not support this device since it is lower than 6.1 which is not yet supported until now....Thanks

VoIP monitor works with 6.0. Also we've found that SNMP support is disabled by default with CUCM 6.1, so enabling the SNMP service in call manager will fix the problem where you get an error saying "Target does not support CISCO-CCM-MIB"

the snmp is already enabled as per client and our VOIP team has already verified this. However, still same issue occurs.

this is somehow different from the response of the solarwinds engr under case

I spoke with our Voip Core Team Member, and it appears the the Cisco Call Manager Express version 6 or 7 is not supported, but will be supported in the next release of Voip. No eta as of when this will be released.

We recently have tested against Csico Unified Communicaitons Manager (CUCM) 6.1 not the express version.

I do not yet have access to the express version to verify, but if it is anything close to the full version, it may have SNMP mib service disabled by default too.
