List Resources are not displaying while adding the device through SNMP

Hello All,

I am tryig to add Windows 2008 server R2, but list resources are not displaying while adding the same and after adding the device Machne Type and Description in node details page is showing incorrect.

I hav readded the same twice. For other Windows 2008 servers, it is working fine.

Kindly assist me for same.
