VLAN Report not showing all switches

Created a network map of 30 devices. Went to VLANs Report. The report is only showing the two Cisco 3750 switches as the nodes. It does not show any of the Arista or other Cisco switches nodes in the report even though they have VLAN's that are in the report.

What am I missing to include those in the report?

If you right click on an Arista node, select Node Properties, and then click on the VLAN Data tab on the box that comes up, do you see any VLAN information?

Correct

We can see the VLAN information on the Arista node; however, it does not show up on the VLAN report.

It is possible that your device is using an OID that we do not currently support. I will find the OID, and get back with you.

In addition to getting me the OID please provide specific instructions on how to test to verify if this is the case or not, thanks!

Please try the dot1qVlanCurrentTable which is - 1.3.6.1.2.1.17.7.1.4.2

1. Click Start\All Programs\SolarWinds Network Topology Mapper

2. Click Support Tools\NTM diagnostics

3. Click Start and save the diagnostics

Search and see if you find anything returned for the OID

I would recommend contacting your sales person. They should be able to get you to someone who can collect diagnostics, and look deeper into your issue.

We tried going through that process and we were told they were going to get us in-touch with a Sales Engineer and then we were left hanging. We have a limited time for the evaluation and we are having problems receiving support for this.

You can submit a support ticket and mark the case NTM evaluation.

Did you ever get any results. I have the same issue with Force10.

I wasn't the one that actually followed up, it was one of the folks on my network team. With that said, if I recall correctly is was actually a problem with the product that they had suggested would be resolved in a later version.
