how to adjust column widths on web views

I have both NCM and NPM installed and have the two websites integrated. Therefore, I am able to edit the column widths on the NCM Home view from the Manage Views section of the NPM Settings page. I see the changes when I click on the Configs tab of the Orion website.

However, if I log into the NCM web console and click on the Personalize button on the NCM Home page, I see no obvious way to change the column widths, How do I do that?
