Anyone know where I can get some help with Network Atlas? It's telling me I have a map open since November of last year. Not sure how to clear this out.
Hi Scott, take a look into database and look for table dbo.MapStudioFiles. Edit this table and find there value in column "LockUser" for you map (filename "you map".OrionMap). There can stuck some user from some previous crash or so, hard to say. Delete that user and write there "NULL". After that map should be editable again.
