Hello everyone,
I'm integrating UDT with Active Directory and used a limited domain account instead of a full domain admin.
According to the SolarWinds documentation, this account has the following privileges and group memberships:
Domain Users
Distributed COM Users
Event Log Readers
Remote Desktop Users (UDT server and DC are in different domains)
WMI namespace access: CIMV2, directory, and RSOP
However, the User Inventory in UDT remains empty — no devices or users are displayed.
Did anyone face a similar issue when using a non-administrative domain account?
Is there any additional permission or WMI setting required for the limited account to work properly with UDT?
