Is it possible, in SolarWinds Observability SaaS, to setup an alert for Microsoft Azure secret expiries and key expiries?

I'd start with something like this: https://wiseservices.co.uk/post/a3a10db6-02b5-4162-9773-cc3e2c618a47Then instead of emailing the results, write the data to a location that SolarWinds can reach such as Sharepoint and use another Powershell monitor to parse the file and if entries greater than 1, send alert (with contents of the file maybe?).
