Unable to remove previous nodes from vCenter after host replacement

So I've just finished a project for a client where we have replaced two existing hosts (1 & 2) and installed two new hosts (3 & 4).

One thing to note, the replacements for the existing hosts kept the same IP address. But the root PW is different.

On SW Orion, I have added the two new hosts (3 & 4) into our VMWare environment with no issues. It connects and can poll the live information.

However, after I added the replacement hosts (1 & 2) into Orion I am unable to remove the old host nodes.

I have attempted to delete them, and Orion is now saying that the hosts are no longer managed by Orion. But for some reason the nodes won't go away.
They are not listed in the vCenter cluster so I have no idea where Orion is pulling this from.

Help.

I would remove the vCenter and re-add it, as I assume it was left and the password adjusted.

I opened a support case and they recommended that I looked at the database table that populates the the screenshots above.

Managed to edit the table and that worked.
The orphaned items haven't returned.

Looks like when we added the servers to SWO without removing the original ones first, it caused a bug.

"It appeared that the VIM_Hosts table in the DB needed to be edited to remove the orphaned entries.
