Backlog of pull requests for Python module

Hi SWI Team 

There is a currently a backlog pull requests in the Git for the Python modules. 

There are a number of warnings/deprecation of certain items

Please can this be reviewed - @Lofstrand  FYI following our previous discussions. Thank you! 

Usage of dash-separated 'description-file' will not be supported in future
versions. Please use the underscore name 'description_file' instead.
