How to create Device template for C9200L/CAT9K_LITE_IOSXE device

Hi,

We have a Cisco device C9200L/CAT9K_LITE_IOSXE device, it is failing backup and giving error "Fix Connection Profile" but all existing profiles which are working seems to be not working with this one. Can anyone help on how to create a device template for this cisco device?

We don't have the 9200's specifically, but we do have a lot of 9K's and we have them all set to 'auto-determine' the template. If I kick off a test connection, it tells me the template it used was:

BUT I will add, the key thing was to make sure the connection profile was set to 'No Enable Login'.

Have you tried enabling trace to see exactly where / why it is failing?

I have tried generating and inspecting the trace. It is failing as unknown state error. It uses CISCO IOS template. We have setup default as Auto Determine. Below show error-

What should I do in this case?

I have no idea what this means:

Changing to default 'StateIdle'.

I can only suggest you open a ticket with support if you haven't already.
