Unable to fetch Report

Hi,

We have recently integrated our Solarwinds with OKTA and after that we are seeing all our schedule reports only showing login screen in their report when sent via email instead the actual data. From report settings I did not see any issue. We have scheduled the report to send us data over email as a PDF. But after OKTA implementation we are facing the above issue. Does any one know how to solve this?

Take a look in this log file: C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\ActionsExecutionReport.log

Might give you some insights. But I sounds like there is an issue with the account that runs the report:

Awesome. This fixed issue. Had an user account which was disabled. Now it is fine. Thanks again.
