Exchange Scan stopping after a while

Hello everyone,

Im a new ARM user.

I've installed and configured ARM SolarWinds for a while now. Everything seems and works fine. ARM does gather AD events and Exchange events. However, the exchange scanner doesn't execute everyday like the ad scanner. Except for that, it works just fine. It executes as scheduled maybe 3-4 days with no issue and they it doesn't execute on its own. The Exchange scanner does not interfere with the AD scanner as they're at least two hours apart.

Is the exchange in DAG? - Yes, however when selecting dag as a recourse for logga, it says that process failed to start, it does that even after i change the authentication type.

Any idea?

A second question is: I have a few users selected as audit in ARM config. Can they view the timeline of events in web client? Cause i didn't seem to find that option.

Hi Joe,

Are you using Exchange On-prem or Online? Does the scan work again after a day when it does not work?

If you are still having issues, I'd encourage you to create a support case so we can review the problem.

Also, ensure you are on the latest version of ARM 2025.2
