Hello, I work with a link Alcatel Lucent 9500 MPR, its a MSS8 configuration. Had function quite good all these years (about 11 years).
But, since about a week. A repeater that use TDM E1's linked was isolated from network.
At first, the link was operational, because the images of an DVR using a Ethernet port of CORE-E board, was reachable. I was able to enter with Neto in each side of link.
However, after a energy reset of the MSS8, I not able to log with NETO ever. I connect to managment port, and NOT discover any Local IP Address,
This ocurs in both radios of link. The IP of DVR not reach again.
The leds indicats major alarm (led M in core-E). The Isolated repeater don't care by now, first I want enable de microwave.
So what could be happening ?? Damage in core-E boards ?? a miss-configuration ?? What test could I try ????
