Prisma SD-WAN (Cloudgenix) NTA Support

Has anyone been able to get Prisma SD-WAN to send flow data to NTA? This worked at one time for us, but we ended up moving our flow data to LiveNX. We aren't renewing LiveNX, and I was going to revisit NTA for flow storage. The majority of my SD-WAN is running 6.4.1-b7 and we are in the process of upgrading to 6.5.1.

Hi @orionfan , Did you test it successfully in the past? Because if you filled in the mandatory fields, it should work. issue. https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/nta/content/nta-sampled-flow-supported-fields-sw151.htm. The best way to validate is to activate an NTA evaluation on your console, or to use an evaluation server.

We already own NTA. LiveNX has Prisma SD-WAN dashboards that provided better information than NTA. I looked at my original configuration for the IPFIX template, and in the description I included the link (https://solarwindscore.my.site.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Invalid-template-received-from-Palo-Alto-Networks-Prisma-SD-WAN-CloudGenix-in-Hybrid-Cloud-Observability-2022-2-and-later?language=en_US) which describes which fields to use. I've checked this and it is not working.

Did you open a ticket with the support team? What was their response? If the format is respected, it could be a bug on the collector's side.
