Cant connect FTP Voyager to Azure SFTP

any idea why this ERROR is happening ?

SFTP by default, it is listening to TCP port 22 on all the IP addresses of the host. If this does not work, it is likely that the host is behind the firewall, and the TCP port 22 is blocked. 

Try to SFTP replicate the issue again and recommend to run wireshark on the SFTP server to check the connection for connection is receive. 

Based on the following error, Fusion 5 has something to do with it so you need to check as well. 

ERROR> Could not establish a connection to Fusion 5 Approval Plus.
ERROR> The server has unexpectedly closed the connection.
