Recently we did an operation scanning on cisco nodes to add existing operations to monitoring, but the expected UDP jitter operations are not getting discovered. Only icmp path jitter and echo operations are getting discovered.
The nodes have already been enabled cli polling.
The surprising thing was when we tried manually adding the udp jitter operation using their operation id, we were able to add the operations to monitoring.
Already raised a case with SW and they are not giving a definitive RCA and solution.
The test nodes were of model Cisco 4431 ISR.
Any one have an idea on this issue?
