It would be helpful if you could provide more information.What make of SD Wan nodes do you have? If not on this list: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/npm/content/intro/npm-sdwan-intro.htm then you'll probably have to create some UnDP's.
How have you added them? via API, SNMP or ?What can you see on the node details tab?
What can you see in the List Resources tab?

We have cisco devices and we want to monitor on cisco cEdges devices and i have tried to create a undp but it shows oid not supported
"oid not supported" means that the Cisco device is not supporting that oid.
You can try to do a SNMP Walk to see what values it supports. Can be alot to look through though
