Orion.UDT.Port.AdministrativeShutdown invoke not working

When i use the invoke from the Orion.UDT.Port.AdministrativeShutdown, I get an error.

I also did an invoke from PowerShell and I get the same error.

However, it does work from the GUI

We are on SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted 2025.2.0

I opened a case with SolarWinds Tech support, but was told that SolarWinds is unable to help with any SWQL related issues and to post the question on Thwack.

Any ideas?

You can go back to support and tell them that Port Shutdown is a Solarwinds/UDT feature.

hahah!! good one! support seems to be random. One time I got a really great support and he got hold of a dev person and we were able to solve the issue within a day. Other times, it's been meh and takes weeks to resolve. Other times it's been bad and the support person just wants to close the case.

Try to use the build it swis query in orion.

/Orion/admin/swis.aspx

assembly error is common with db structure or version error. Using the built in swis query will avoid such error.

If problem atill persist, its really better to reach out to sw support geeks as its probobly a structure or bug issue.
