Hi Everyone.
I'm having an issue with VNQM on one of our SolarWinds platforms. This SolarWinds platform has 4 polling engines. This issue seems isolated to only 1-2 of those additional polling engines. I've noticed that often the All Network Service Assurance Operations that is grouped by source node, Operation status, Operation goes into a state of Unknown. Looking at the last XX Network Service Assurance Events that it reports 'No Worker Process available Source and Target nodes are both 'Up'' normally when this happens, one way to fix the issue is Stopping/Restarting the Collector Service and Job Engine which gets it working again.
I've spent time looking through logs etc but nothing is obvious to me. I've contacted Support but thought I'd reach out to the community as well.
Anyone come across this issue before or any thoughts?
