Dears, I added a new icmp-echo SLA on my Cisco router, and when I am trying to add it to the SolarWinds for monitoring, I got below error and even I cannot cancel it.

Also - check to see if the operations numbers that you are using are already in use for another operation.
I would check the job logs for IPSLA operations - I do not recall the location for those logs unfortunately. But they should have detail on the cause of the error.
thank for replay, i found that i have same operation number and i change it but it did not fix the issue, and my cisco router version is 17.9 but i cannot change it.
