Interface Flapping Alert Using SNMP Trap

I was trying the configure an alert for interface flapping using SNMP Trap.

For example, Trap message include 'Down' 5+ times within 10 minutes.

The alert does kind of work but it is alerting on node, which means it somehow fires even the interface down occurs on different interfaces of the same.

I have tried to alert on interface, but seems it just doesn't work on interface.

Its an SNMP Trap, hence source of the trap would always remain the Node.
