I've tried both the Rediscover and Poll Now buttons. . I've readded the SNMP config to the device and it still fails.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to resolve this?
Did you try re-adding the device itself ? I know you will loose historical data, but if you have multiple additional pollers try adding it manually on a different poller.
I have resolved issues like this using Netpath in the past as well. Create a Netpath from your chosen poller on port 161 and make sure it is getting to the device successfully. Check your SNMP versions on both sides. You can also SNMPWalk the device to make sure your credentials match on both sides.
