Monitoring toner levels

Good afternoon,

I am trying to monitor toner levels on HP printers. I have added the printers to SAM and I downloaded the universal device poller for HP ink status from Thwack. Thank you to whoever posted that. Now I am trying to integrate the info from the universal poller into SAM so I can view levels and set up alerts and reports. I have assigned the poller to the printers in SAM, but I don't see the toner level data anywhere in SAM. I do see accurate data in the Universal Device Poller app on the server. Any thoughts?

Post creation did you assign the poller to be visible on Node page ? The above links should help you with that.

looks like an issue, raise a SolarWinds vendor support case, not sure what the exact issue is, could be that some files under installers on this particular SolarWinds server which is required to open this might not be intact anymore.
