Request for adding "Data Encoding" settings in Inputs setting for protocols.

Many customers in Japan receive syslog messages in Shift-JIS code.

Legacy KSS had a "Data Encoding" setting, so Japanese characters were not garbled.

However, KSS NG v1.4 does not have a "Data Encoding" setting in the INPUTS protocols settings.
As a result, Japanese messages in Shift-JIS are garbled in KSS NG.

Please add a "Data Encoding" setting to KSS NG as soon as possible, just like Legacy KSS.
Will there be a "Data Encoding" setting implemented in the future?

Hello @jtc_osaka ,

please contact support team and report this issue. I have seen this case but nobody yet reported it. I am not sure how much shift-JIS is used in syslogs.
