Read a few other threads but they dont seem to help my case. Tried on two different servers, one a brand new build.
Installed eval 2025.2.0-114 on Windows Server 2022, first error was that it "cannot create web.config"...however, all seems well with the service, SQL communications (not SQL express), and using my lab domain admin account for all identity needs. On both attempts, I now cannot log into the config wizard, ARM - Configuration (blue icon), and web config looks good.
Trying to get into ARM, or the URL via browser, or ARM - Configuration results in the following error:
