2025.2 Update causing issues with dashboards

Hi, I've just updated our platform here this morning and ran into issues with a custom dashboard that has been added to 'My Dashboards > Applications > then the custom dashboard added. We can still see the dashboard it's self listed as 'LCS' or 'GIS' but when we click into it not everything loads.

There are resource maps set up on there which are important not to be lost, so my main question is to understand how to get the maps back so they're viewable and not just an error message? I've tried looking on here before asking however there's not much for this specific case.

I know 2025.1.1 had a few issues with cache around displaying maps and the solution there was to clear your cache. It's certainly a first and easy step to take. It's unlikely the maps themselves have been deleted, just an issue with the dashboard and displaying them - but it also wouldn't hurt to confirm the maps are still there and still viewable/editable via the maps section.

Do you have any web frontends or load balancers in the path - any of these could be causing a cache or display issue and if so, then eliminate them by going direct to the main polling engine IP/name.

Another possibility might be to restart all services and / or servers in the SW setup?

Failing that I'd open a support case.

I also know that a bug fix 2025.2.1 is supposed to be dropping later this week. It could be you've hit one such bug, but as there is no release data around what bugs are being fixed at present, then I can't help and that's where support definitely comes in.

Hi, thanks for the response. I never tried clearing the cache however I did open a support case and I was suggested to check the topology pollers etc and I ended up just re-polling and they showed back up. I will remember to just try clearing the cache first that never really crossed my mind for some reason!

I'll keep any eye out for that bug release and see if that causes any similar affects when I download that, but thank you again for your response and suggestions
