is there any way possible to enable NCM and add connection profile for list of nodes at once.

So, we have around 250 nodes that were added, requirement is to enable the NCM with newly created connection profile, so how to enable the same and assign the connection profile.

Try the below step:

Go to Settings > Manage Nodes.
Select the 250 nodes (use filters or bulk selection).
Click Edit Properties.
Scroll to Manage node(s) with NCM and ensure Yes is selected.
Assign the Connection Profile
In the same Edit Properties screen:
Check the box for Connection Profile to enable editing.
Select the newly created global connection profile from the dropdown.

Thank you for your response. I apologize for not mentioning earlier but my objective is to automate the process through the use of scripts or alternative methods like sort of discovery, rather than relying on a manual approach. I appreciate your understanding.
