Historical Events Report Question

Hello Everyone,

I am attempting to run reports on data collected a few months ago.  I get zero results but definitely have data for the time frame and was sure to select the custom range.   Will I need to modify the predefined reports?  Is this not possible?

I know this doesn't identify what the issue is in your environment, but if it helps (a little), I can confirm that it is possible to use a predefined (or user-created) query that already exists, modify the time range to look at a specific range of "old" data, and then kick that out to a report:.
First I confirmed how much data/how old it is by using a KPI widget on the Dashboard tab, so that I could see what i am working with:


Then I went to Historical Events & Reports -> Queries subtab (on the left-most pane) and selected one of the predefined reports: Authentication Log On / Off / Failure Last Week.  I then changed the timeframe on the upper right to capture the first part of those 53 days.  In my case I chose May 27, 2025 - May 30, 2025.  When I hit search it did return some data:

and then I was able to go to Options -> Generate Report, chose .PDF as the export option, and then got a report back with a mere 45K pages
