Solarwinds Update

Greetings to the community,

I updated from 2024.1 to 2025.1 and the My Dashboard menu, alerts, reports, and settings aren't showing. Do you know what could be happening? Thank you very much.

Sorry (got pulled away) in my experience either the update didn't register something or there's a lot going on, and the queries are timing out so the menu bar doesn't load.

Hi @mjonathan ,

This could be because of various reasons, it would be best to open a support ticket and provide the following:

Try opening the console locally on the SolarWinds server:
- Use local host, SolarWinds server IP address, and server hostname.
Try other browsers
- This may be because the browser used may be lacking some browser plug-ins or what not.
Apply Windows Updates and restart the SolarWinds server and/or Additional Web Server (if applicable), then try launching the console again.
If still the same, follow the article below:

If still the same, since you already ran the Configuration Wizard as suggested by jm_sysadmin:
- Gather the SolarWinds Diagnostics
- Screenshot of the Orion Web console where these are not showing.
- Provide information on steps attempted to try to resolve the issue.
