I am doing a POC for PagerDuty integration with SolarWinds. I have some queries on that-
1> Is it good to use Global orchestration integration or Service level integration?
2> I am doing the POC with Email integration only, does this limits the PagerDuty capabilities to process?
3> How do I pull Subject, body data from my alert email to PagerDuty SMS alert body for meaningful alert?
4> How to do auto incident resolve once received the "UP" alert email from SolarWinds?
Kindly help with your inputs who have already used PagerDuty with SolarWinds in their environment.
