I have just added an APE and a standby HA.
When I try to make the polling method on the APE it will not install the agent and I following the link to Troubleshooting agent installation, deployment, and connections . I was able to get it to install on the HA.
From the documentation:
No other software was being installed or being updated
I restarted the APE
Verified that the SolarWinds Agent service is running
It can ping the MPE
Verified that RPC windows service is running
Verified the required ports
