Our SolarWinds environment is not currently open to the outside, which means that a user must be onsite or on the VPN to acknowledge any alerts. Is it possible to open a specific port or two to allow alerts to be acknowledged? Acknowledging alerts via smartphone would be particularly helpful, but unsure how this could happen withough authentication.
