Aruba SD-WAN API monitoring issues - devices are down - Packet loss

We are starting to monitor our Aruba SD-WAN Edge Connect devices. All works fine but we get alerts often that show the Orchestrator and Edge Connect devices as being down, but we know they are not. Anyone else have this issue or know of a fix? They show down for packet loss. Thanks

It would be nice to have more details/screenshots, alert configuration (is it custom alert?) etc.

Do you mean tunnel statistics packet loss? it shouldn't influence on device status.

Do you see also down status for edge device or this is alerts only?

We are using the out-of-the-box alert for Node is down. There is also a "SD-WAN Edge is Down" boxed alert, but it does not seem to work. SolarWinds sends an alert of node is down when I know it is not. When you visit the Orchestrator Device or Edge device page, it shows 100% packet loss. We are monitoring the Orchestrator and Edge Devices via the API key connection. I can ping the device when it shows node down. I did find the following the document and I am trying some things from that doc. Aruba API polling limit was exceeded

I am not referring to the tunnel statistics packet loss.

You might be right. It is possible reason, in case limit was exceeded it might cause mentioned issue, since all requests waiting for free slot.

Have you already tried to change limits? Does it help?

I have started to make small changes, and it does seem to help but I am still testing. I will report back on how this works.
