Hi, has anyone encountered any issues with viewing of nodes when using Orion/Intelligent maps?
I currently have a setup such that is a nested map:
- Main map (contains nodes of multiple campus maps)
- Campus map (contains the network equipment nodes for the respective campus) | The nodes of each campus are also assigned a group based on their Campus.
User accounts are then provisioned with access limitations by using the Groups property.
This setup worked fine with Atlas Maps but when we re-created the setup using Orion Maps, the users are not able to view ANY of the nodes on the Main map.
Removing the "Group" Account limitation allows the users to see ALL the nodes on the Main Map but adding 1 OR any Campus group as the account limitation prevents the user from seeing any nodes.
