Solar Winds Orion database maintenance

To the best of my understanding, the Solar Winds Orion database is constantly being maintained by the Orion application. I see a .log of the dml being groomed with inserts, updates and deletions at \\<servername>\c$\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\swdebugMaintenance.log. I see DML of the data, but I don't see evidence of Database maintenance, such as DBCC CheckDB and Rebuild indexes.

Where would I find such information inside the Solar Winds Orion application, or in the application logs?

Not sure if this is what you want.. but navigate to Settings > All Settings and then scroll down to 'Details' and select Database Details. Once that loads selects 'Database Maintenance Statistics'. It should be at the bottom of the first page. That will give you a view of the past 5 days of maintenance, for comparison purposes, at a high level.

Thank you for the feedback. As it turns out I'm not getting to the appropriate Settings level to view this screen, most likely because of permissions. I worked with a Support Engineer and he pointed out that there is a stand-alone database maintenance program on the application server. I'm implementing this solution.

The database maintenance does defrag indexes, but io dont believe it does rebuilds or checkdb, i've always set those up manually with my own maintenance jobs on the server.

Also its not "continuously" maintaining itself, it does it once each night at a scheduled time, 2:15 am server time is default. In big environments this db maintenance can be pretty brutal on the performance of the system and can take potentially a couple hours so its something to watch out for if you run a 24/7 kind of operation.
