Previously working SAML authentication failing. IdP logs show successful login. With correct user who is a member of the correct group.
Solarwinds logs have the following:
ERROR SolarWinds.Orion.Web.Saml.SamlAuthorizationManager - (null) Failing to create/update virtual account '<username>' with matched group '<group_name>'
Any guidance would be appreciated.
