Mail to text feature

I am trying to send email to text on my phone. When i simulate and test, it is successful but i am not able to receive the message on the mobile. I am configuring in "Send An Email/Page" option for the configuration and in to i am using 10DigitPhoneNumber@tmomail.net

Anyone has tried that option?

If you can send a normal email, you should be able to send to the text address. I think the log you want is called ActionsExecution.log? If it does not send, it will be there.

The alert is getting executed everything is green but sms is not recieved

As JM_sysadmin says, check the log files.

They can be found here: C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion

You can look in "ActionExecution.log", "ActionExecutionAlert.log" and "Alerting.Service.V2.log.". Hopefully one of them can guide you on what's happening.
