Hello Community,
We are experiencing an issue with the Platform Connect wizard in our Hybrid Cloud Observability Self-Hosted (2025.1.1) deployment.
When attempting to reconfigure Platform Connect on a node where the Agent was previously installed, the wizard gets stuck at the step:
"Waiting for Agent to uninstall..."
We uninstalled the agent on SaaS
However, the Platform Connect wizard UI does not progress, even after waiting more than many days.
Please help me to fix it
