Where do you get Voucher information after Thwack Points cashed in

I submitted an order on the Thwack Store for 60,000 points for a SCP voucher. How do I get that Voucher number so I can sign up for my exam. I have my account created, but I need my voucher number to schedule my exam. Its the NPM exam, so I want to get that done soon since the test is expiring at the end of July 2025.

Right now the order shows as "Submitted". I'll give it a couple of days (I placed the order last Friday), then try to email them to see if this is something that is emailed to me or a letter mailed to me.

I did get my voucher information. It was in the 2nd...you are 2 steps away.... email. That was the email stating you need to create a SIP account then schedule your exam.

Once you have processed your order in Thwack Store, we will be notified and we will send you the voucher together with the instruction on how to register for the exam in PSI. You may also email us in certification@solarwinds.com to follow up.
