Need help in UNDP alert

We are monitoring the Fortinet IPSec tunnel status and VPN_Phase1_Tunnels using two different OIDs.

Both OIDs return the expected output; however, we are facing an issue with alerting.

We are unable to populate both the tunnel name and the tunnel status in the email actions.

We need your help in creating the alerts.

you can use SWQL (SolarWinds Query Language) to write a custom query that evaluates both OIDs and returns a result when either or both conditions are met.

Try using SWQL custom variable in your action like this:

${N=SWQL;M=SELECT n.CustomPollerAssignmentOnNode.CurrentValue FROM Orion.Nodes n WHERE n.NodeID = ${N=SwisEntity;M=NodeID} AND n.CustomPollerAssignmentOnNode.CustomPollerName = 'your_custom_poller_name'}

Replace 'your_custom_poller_name' with the name of your custom poller.
