newbie question: error 404 from https://***:17778/SolarWinds/InformationService/v3/Json

Hello just a quick question about this API

our SW admin has provided this API endpoint which when i access gives a 404 error.

ive been told its SW 2024.4 on windows
my command is wget -t 1 --no-check-certificate --method=POST --no-proxy --timeout=3 --user='###' --password='####' https://###:17778/SolarWinds/InformationService/v3/Json
i get nothing back other than a 404 error

i understand the API has moved to port 17774 in the 2023.1 release, which is likely the problem

i was wondering which log file this 404 is logged in for future reference

I think this should be in C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\InformationService\v3.0\Orion.InformationService.log, but you may need to increase the logging level, as with default Info I don't see it there.
