How to add custom properties to NPM interface?

Hi all,

I've been trying to add custom properties to interfaces, but it doesn't seem to be applying.

For example, here's an interface in NPM under 'Edit Interface', I can see that we can apply properties to individual interfaces (switchports), but newly created properties aren't showing up?

I'm not sure what I'm missing, if someone can point me in the right direction, that'd be much appreciated.

From Settings -> All Settings -> Custom Properties, how are you creating that interface property?

The thing that has burned me in the past was not setting the entity type.

Thanks a bunch, that's exactly it! The UI had me thinking that was a filtering option, switched over to Interfaces and hurrah! Thanks @SteveK .
