Ok, this is a fun one. I can a basic query in the web console swisquery page - select top 100 corenodeid from ncm.nodes. Not a problem. I can create and run NCM based report in the web console and open the config manager etc. I have the Admin NCM role. It is all good, UNTIL I open SWQLStudio. Then I get nothing but the following error (which just started): WARN SolarWinds.Orion.Web.DAL.AccountDAL - (null) (null) Error getting SID of mydomain\myusername. System.Security.Principal.IdentityNotMappException: Some or all identity references could not be translated. I am looged into the webconsole with the same accouht. There are no account limitations involved either.
There are a couple more lines of hate from the security side, and I noticed this popping up in swql studio for queries that ran. At this point, I think A. My account is on the way to getting hosed, or 
Some creative new security policy just hit me. I really am not happy about either potential situation.
Has anyone else run into this bit of joy?
