SQL filters for Above 80% CPU Load

Hi,

I am looking to create a monitor that reports all my servers above 80% CPU Utilization.

I believe i have selected the correct report: Nodes with High Average CPU Load (i think this is the correct one), but i would like to filter it more to show the above information.

What SQL query would i need to use? (i am very new to sql filtering, only started using it yesterday, i have a very basic understanding, but would like to learn more).

I have a few other settings i would like to monitor and if possible attempt to work them out for myself , so if i could get an idea for this query, hopefully i'll be able to work out what i need to do.

I'm not familiar with the report you referenced but the "Current CPU Load" report that's included out-of-the-box can be filtered easily using the Report Writer as pictured below. The Report Writer allows you to create many of your own custom reports without the need for SQL query code.

Thanks for that! Makes life a lot easier!

However, it is not just a report that i want to produce, it is a list on the orion webconsole. I have created exactly what i need but cannot find it as a resource when attempting to add it to a page as a list.

Hope this makes sense.

The easiest way to do this would be to edit the "Top XX Nodes by Average CPU Load" resource and add the filter "CPULoad > 80" as pictured below.
