I have the following question: There was a situation involving some minor outages in the internet links, and not all of the nodes involved appear in the events section. Of the 9 devices that were affected, only 3 are listed. I'm reviewing the documentation, and the devices are listed under SNMP, same version, same community. What else could be happening? Why, for example, in this case, are the interfaces of some devices not being able to go down during events or in the message center?
