Why are my posts being rejected - keeps saying they are spam / abusive, can reply to messages either

Good Day.
I've had my Thwack account 'locked down' in the past for spam / abuse and not able to post or reply. For me this has happened when I added or modified posts multiple times over a short period of time (I'm something of a perfectionist - been know to post something and then modify after a re-read).
When that happens I make an appeal to the moderator and explain that my actions were legit. In both cases the moderator unlocked my account pretty quickly.

I had a discussion taken down for inappropriate content. It was an issue that we were all experiencing with the Web Help Desk; dialogue had been going on for a couple of weeks, the all the sudden the post got taken down, and I was served the notification of revocation. I submitted an appeal as I just wanted to know what had happened. I never did get a response back, and I submitted the appeal the same day the question was removed from THWACK. I have been posting for 14 years, and for the life of me, I still can't figure out what I did wrong, or perhaps what someone else may have posted on the question. It would be nice to hear back from the moderators.
@zennifer our spam tool doesn't give us any indicator of what the user was flagged for, unfortunately. More than often, it was for the reasons that @robert777 mentioned above. If you ever have an issue, you can email thwackadmin@solarwinds.com or DM me on THWACK.
I'm wondering if there is a bug in your spam filters. I had the same thing happen a week and a half ago. And I was just inquiring about the February Mission winners.

I did try to message you during the time that my post got pulled; I could select you as a recipient, but I could not enter in any text... that has since resolved, as I started a DM yesterday to you about a press event. I backed off the DM, as the video does not mention SolarWinds, I am hoping that the case study will highlight my Presidio/SolarWinds endeavors and would like to get it circulated in the SolarWinds community and perhaps Orange Matters. I will DM you later if I have something to share! THANKS AGAIN for all you do for our community. Your commitment to each member in the community goes above and beyond our expectations. I wish you all could teach the rest of the world, provide the secret ingredient. But I already know the secret ingredient, its folks like you @kpina that make a difference....EVERY DAY!
@yellowtj quite possibly - when it comes to moderation tools integrating with a platform, it's difficult to pinpoint on which side the breakdown is happening. At this point, I'm just keeping on top of the mod queue as best as I can and keeping an open line of communications with everyone in the community.
Sounds like a very bad tool. Banning people and not revealing why. I wonder if there is a tool to ban the bad tools?
