Long time away from SolarWinds, but hopefully getting back into things again. Currently trialling Observability self-hosted, and having a nightmare with the application monitoring with WinRM. It seems to be in a state where it'll work for a polling cycle, but then it fails a for few, and then suddenly works again for cycle. When it fails, I get the error:
PowerShell script error. Starting a command on the remote server failed with the following error message : Access is denied. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.
Has anyone seen this sort of behaviour before, or have any advice on what to check? For reference, I am mostly testing this with the Windows Updates monitoring at the moment, but I feel sure it's doing it with other applications as well (AD and SQL are the other ones I'm testing with.)
